Cath Bore is a writer of fiction and fact based on Merseyside.
She has an essay in Know Your Place, an anthology of essays on working class culture, published by Dead Ink Books in Oct 2017, and a short story in A Furious Hope, out soon. She also has a piece of creative non-fiction in the current issue 75 of Mslexia magazine, and an essay in I Hope You Like Feminist Rants #3
Her flash fiction can be found, amongst other places, in National Flash Fiction Day anthologies 2014 and 2015. Her fiction has been placed at York’s Festival of Writing, Writing on The Wall’s Pulp Idol, Harrogate International Crime Writing Festival’s Dragon’s Pen, and Penguin/Random House’s Write Now 2017.
She has an MA in Creative Writing from Liverpool John Moores University.
Cath writes about feminism, fandom and music for a number of publications. In addition, she presents and produces radio programmes in Liverpool, and is on The Panel at talk station Radio City Talk.
